About me
Hello, and welcome!
I’m Gabriela Marpozan, a master certified life coach, a mental health clinician, crisis negotiator, and law-enforcement co-responder.
My path to where I am now has been far from linear, but that’s exactly what makes me good at what I do! I’ve personally lived the very process I teach: moving through the stuck phases, testing my own methods, and learning how to build a life that feels both intentional and meaningful.
I grew up in Romania before moving to the U.S. to study classical voice performance at Baldwin Wallace University. Music was my first love, it taught me how to express emotion, but also made me curious about the mind behind it. That curiosity led me to a master’s in Mental Health Counseling at Boston College.
Today, I work as a crisis clinician and co-responder with local police departments, helping individuals navigate life’s toughest moments with compassion, clarity, and practical tools for change.
Through MindShift Life Coaching, I help motivated but inconsistent professionals build structure around their ambitions. My approach is rooted in my 3E Framework: Envision, Evaluate, Execute, a step-by-step method designed to move clients from awareness to action by creating a strategy that is clear, adaptable, and sustainable.
Outside of work, I enjoy getting dressed up, exploring new places in the city, and trying out as many coffee shops as I can.

$125/session
A 50-minute one-on-one coaching session focused on clarity, accountability, and intentional action.

3-session package
$345 ($115/session, ~8% discount)
Designed as a short-term strategy phase that fits neatly within the 3E Framework — one session per Envision, Evaluate, Execute.

6-session package
$660 ($110/session, ~12% discount)
For clients seeking deeper accountability and sustained growth.
This package supports long-term change through guided strategy, habit alignment, and personalized feedback.
What is coaching
Coaching is a collaborative process, one where you are the expert of your own life. My role is to help you bridge the gap between where you are and where you want to be.
Together, we look at how your thoughts, patterns, and daily choices shape your direction, and how intentional action can lead to meaningful change. That way success stops feeling unattainable or random and starts feeling repeatable.
ENVISION:
Together, we discuss what you actually want, it all starts with clarity. This is where you begin anchoring your why: identifying what truly drives you and what kind of life you’re building toward. When the excitement and motivation wears off, your why is what keeps you steady.
The 3E Framework
EVALUATE:
We take an honest look at how your current habits, systems, and mindset either support or sabotage your goals. This is where we evaluate your patterns: the routines you fall back on, the fears that slow you down, and the structure (or lack of it) that keeps you stuck. Awareness is the first step toward alignment.
EXECUTE:
We turn insight into action by creating intentional strategies and approaches. This is where you learn to experiment with change, adjust when things don’t go as planned, and build consistency that lasts longer than a burst of motivation. Progress isn’t about doing more; it’s about doing what matters with more intention.
It's important to note that mindset life coaching is not therapy or counseling. Nor is it advice giving. While it can address certain emotional and psychological aspects, its primary focus is on personal growth, goal achievement, and mindset development. We will work collaboratively cultivate self-discovery, provide guidance, and empowerment that lead to bridging the gap between where you are and where you want to be.
